References are presently being checked, 2 Discussion relative to funding of Vocational Technical School . We have a major problem. Despite the opinion of Town Counsel , Bond Counsel says we cannot bond our entry into Vocation Technical School, Pa rmen s totaling $180 , 000 were due to the Towns in the District to- day. Bond Counsel finds no legal }iasis for us to borrow for this Purpose. You may recall my question on this matter prior to Town Meeting. Joe Reardon still feels we can borrow money for this purpose. Barbara Hammond and myself are pursuing this , Discussion relative to Propane Gas Storage Tank at Police Station. I can 't seem. to find out whir we did not get this storage tank, Funds were available, and apparently the ]yids were complete, can the Board provide insight on this Dr. Nicholson will he in Wednesday at 2: 00 to ask the Board if the Indian Education Program could be operated in the basement of this building in the room currently used by the Conservation Commission/ Recreation Department. Has the Board ' had an opportunity to review the proposal for the capital Improvement Program? Has the Board had an 'opportunity to review the Gasoline Bids?. To nt s Place. According to the chief of Police, Tom' s Place is closed. Does the Board want to pursue the licensing issues involved?- Omnibus School. The Tribal council , Inc.. , has expressed interest in using the Recreation Building during the evening hours . Omnibus School is looking for an opinion from this Board. Is has not committed itself to -the -Tribal Council according to what I have e been told.- 9 ) The Board should consider responding to the Marine Corps -Reserves re- garding the use of South cape Beach, The request is for an amphibious landing on Sept. 12-1 Saturday and Sunday) .
