Garland and sel. <br /> Thomas agreed that they are not in favor of retaining John Wel.d a.s the <br /> Chief Iegotitor.. <br /> Chin. Garland said it was brought out at the M.M.A. session, by a :la- o.r <br /> member of the Joint Labor/Management Board , that Management -will never <br /> -] e allowed to dictate to Labor. el. Thomas feels that management <br /> should go into negotiations demanding more than it does .
