They still feel the application should be denied. <br /> el. Thomas stated she believes they know that down the line their <br /> appeal will fail. Chm. Garland stated that the Board of Appeals hopes <br /> that the developer' availability of finds will run out. <br /> Mr. Murphy noted that i this Board would vote publicly not t support <br /> p � <br /> the Board of Appeals, it would create some problems between the Boards. <br /> So it is best to know in - advance if this Board is willing t vote to <br /> support the Board of Appeals. h . Garland stated that he is personally <br /> * pp * <br /> in favor f their action, even though his objections may not have legal <br /> grounds for support. He just has not seen evidence that they won't have <br /> problems etting sufficient water for the residents. He is also still <br /> very concerned about all the traffic that will be exiting and entering <br /> onto Route . . <br /> Sel. Thomas said she- i-s not sure of all the reasons the Board of Appeals <br /> is using for u ds 'for them appeal., but she feels it is a better de- <br /> velopment veld ent than some of the others down there. Her main concern is still <br /> the water. Churn. Garland instructed Mr. Murphy to place the question on <br /> the Agenda for the following day* <br /> Great Oak Road Speed Linu' ts: Chm. Garland stated that if South Cape <br /> Beach takeover results in the State doing something about the- road, the <br /> question of speed d ownthere will be taken care of. Also, he ,pointed out <br /> one property owner claims the road encroaches on his property. But there <br /> 1 <br /> were no objections to establishing the new speed limits. <br /> Catch Basins on Pirate' s Cove: Chm.
