Than they found out that the Town might not have the clear title <br /> n that land, The third site was at the Municipal Complex, this had no <br /> ntrance except the present one . They would have to cut through the present <br /> .ice parking lot. They considered, an other entrance, but the Town sloes <br /> not own that land. They thought of, building a road through old Barnstable <br /> Road, but that -would mean a driveway eight hundred feet long and it would <br /> have to be well lit as well as well drained.
