Where some of the owners put their mailboxes creates a. problem also , he said. e s said that last year he had someone , from the highway corm and clean out the basins . He feels he has tried to rectify the problems . He cannot afford to do this alone . He discussed the aspect of the deeds and how he tried t form an Association. He said that he has all the lots sold except one . He stated that this is quite a dilemma, especially where no one wants to bolting to the Association. He said he feels he does not own the roads anymore . stated that this i where he stands night now. Mr. Buckingham said that He s . it is like 'ono mans ' land". It is a had situation and morally he feels the Town is obligated but legally we - are not. He asked Mr. Decoteau from the County to speak, . Dectu said that when he inspected he found mosquito la i . He looked into the possibility of health threat or safety to children. Mr. Buckingham said from the standpoint of the Board of Health they want to do their best to help clean this up. He said that after a rain, the water had settled and Chm. Thomas said when it freezes ' it is awful. Mr. Buckingham said that the Police and Fire Department can get around by the other corner.
