He looked into the possibility of health threat or safety to children <br /> - <br /> Mr. Buckingham said from the standpoint of the Board of Health they want t <br /> do their best to help clean this up. He said that after a rain, the water <br /> had settled and Chm. Thomas said when it freezes it is awful. Mr. Buckingham <br /> said that the Police and Fire Department can get around by the other corner. <br /> Mr'. <br /> Blakeman said that one cup of kerosene could get rid of lava. Chin. asked <br /> Mrs. Polka if she wanted to speak. Mrs . Polka stated that she lures in the <br /> area and has walked the area. She said that this is never dry except for <br /> three da a year.
