He said he feels he does not own the roads anymore . He stated that this is where he stands richt now. Mr. Buckingham said that - it hat .it is like "no mans land's . It is a bad situation and morally he feels the Town is obligated but legally we are not. H asked Mr. Decoteau from the County to speak, Mr. ecoteau said that when he inspected he found mosquito � lavi . He looked into the possibility of health threat or safety to children - Mr. Buckingham said from the standpoint of the Board of Health they want t do their best to help clean this up. He said that after a rain, the water had settled and Chm. Thomas said when it freezes it is awful. Mr. Buckingham said that the Police and Fire Department can get around by the other corner. Mr'. Blakeman said that one cup of kerosene could get rid of lava. Chin. asked Mrs. Polka if she wanted to speak. Mrs . Polka stated that she lures in the area and has walked the area.
