This is a vote . <br /> sel . - Garland asked Executive secretary to explain how the Town is going <br /> to request 'Excavating Permits from anyone disturbing Town roads . He stated <br /> that <br /> the Superintendent of streets is going- to. request an excavating permit <br /> because the contractors are making cuts into our roads. A frequent occur <br /> rence is the breaking of our roads because of the heavy equipment . and loads , <br /> as a result a nurber of Townroads are damaged. He also explained that <br /> the Falmouth Enter r.is:e will ..publish this new regulation and. this rregula- <br /> tion will- be ' n file at the Town Clerk's office, the , Building Inspector`.1 s, <br /> officand at the Highway Department.
