Mo tion by Selectman Garland to approve the minutes of the December 29 , 1982 Regular Meeting. Seconded by Chm. Thomas . This is a vote.. - oo '.m. - Public Hearing on a Claus II Motor Vehicle License for Mr. George Frion of 77 Spur Lane , Marstons Mills , Ma. Chin. Thomas read the legal ad, and asked Mr. Frion if he could respond to the requests that were specified in the letter that was sent to Mr. Frion inform- ing him of what was n eded. Chm. Thomas asked lir. Fri on for the plot lan. Mr. Fri o aid that he' did not is it and that . theowner of the land did not have one either. Chm. Thomas made. note that Mr. Frigon instead of brinin ' receipts of notice to the abutters , he had brought the abutterp, Mr,, Monaco ,, with hire. Mr. Monaco is also the Lessor in this- situation but he is not. the owner of the land. Mr. Gregory Monaco- leases the land from someone else.' The Board requested a letter from the owner stating his appro51 val for a Class II License to be exercised on his property. hm. Thomas asked Mr. Fri on exactly ghat he plans to do if he ' gets the license, and she also asked how many cars would be on the property. . Mr. Fri ion stated that he likes to repair cars and that there would probably not be more' than ten to fifteen cars a year that he would sell. el. Garland started to make .a .motion, and Chin, Thomas interrupted to say that Mr. Craig Martin wanted to make a statement pertaining JU to this Public Hearing. Mr. Craig Martin stated he questioned Mr. Frigon' s integrity. He said that he had his car- engine replaced by .Mr.' Frion hL:�,, ri�� e':had is .: usiine s,- n'"-'Cotuit and that- it does not run. Mr. Martin said he was very bothered by the Town .'allowing this gentleman his li- 1 ense and that he had a difficult time finding where Mr. F'rigon had moved. Mr. Martin stated that he has, gone to the Better Busi- ness Bureau and that they had written to Mr. Fri gon, which they received no reply. Mr. Martin said that he had also. filed suit against Mr. Fri.cion. el. Garland moved to recess this hearing for one week without prejudice, untill all the papers are in and any necessary investi- gation. Chm. Thomas stated that the hearing would reconvene at .m, , next week, Chm.,,% Thomas seconded, 'the motion and said this is a vote. OLD BUSINESS 4 I 1. Motion by Sel. Garland to accept the low bid from Cargill, Inc, for $27,47 for road salt. Seconded by Chm. Thomas . - This is a vote .
