Hanson to expend from Municipal. -E uipment and Repair Account the sum of $1, 875. 00 for the. repairs to th' brushbraker. seconded by el. Garland. This i a vote. Chief Chase also discussed his fire prevention program. He also stated that he is very proud to be amongst the firefighters that are to 'reive commendations and to be their leaden. Set. Hanson gave letters off commendation to Firefighters ; Martini, Lopez-, Evora, Frazier and. Char'les stone for their courageous wo k on Friday night. He also expressed the gratitu4 de of the Selectmen. Chin. Thomas said 'a copy of thein commendation would go to the Personnel Board. OLD BUSINESS: 1. The request of the Natural Resource officer to attend school was taken care of while he was here discuss-ing. the public notice and memorandum of agreement on the animal control . .2. Chr . Thomas asked permission for the Water Control Maps to be retained in the Board of Health office. Churn. Thomas explained that in- that -way the maps can be kept updated. Sel. Garland said that is the place that they should be maintained. 3. ) The selectmen received a letter from Mrs. Tre-Tnbl.ett to extend her permit for her mobile home. Motion by sel. Garland to extend the permit for ninety days , until Mayk ,15, 1383 of David and Christine Tre b-lett on their mobile home. Seconded by Sel. Hanson. This is a vote . Board scheduled an Administrative meeting for March 8,. 1983 at 8,: 30 a. . 5 . ) Motion- by Sel. Garland to appoint- Mr. Michael Murphy and George Green, Jr, to the Solid' Waste Advisory Committee. Seconded by Sel , Hanson. This is a vote.. Chan. Thomas said this meeting ' would be to update the Executive secretary on what has been going on since he left for the Reserves . NEW BUSINESS; 1. The Board discussed the recommendations of the Personnel Board on hiring the Senior Citizens Director. Board decided to have Mrs . Jane-Hlly Weintraub and Mr. Lawrence Frazier in next week for an:'in-fotmal inter- view. . The Board discussed the salary .and Wage- Schedule that they received from the Personnel Board, Chm, Thomas stated that she is pleased with - the good job they did, however there are a few questions that she want answered.
