Selo ,garland said that he suggests Mr. Kogut surrender the license or the Board will consider revolving the license and the Board would hate to do that -because- that- license would not be able to be renewed for a year. fir`. Kogut still insisted that he doesn' t understand the Board' feelings .- He feels the Board is using him s an ekampl . Chm. Thomas said that this lair has- been exercised this- year and there have been two other. cases- before this one . Theref re they are not being, picked l o . Mr. Kogut said he .would have to discuss the matter f Burr n ling the license with his attorney. Motion by Selo Garland to allow Mr. Kogut to voluntarily surrender his license. Discussion followed on- the appearance of the place, Selo Garland questioned Mr. Kogut about. the shingles and how the place had become a nuisance . Selo Garland' withdrew his motion. .
