Page the approval of the Finance Committee . Sel, Garland said so moved. Seconded by Sel, Hanson, This is a vote. Other things discussed with Mr. Virgilio were : maintenance and small construction which Sel. Hanson said that Mr. Virgilio should take cane of under his budget as they, are his responsibility, the problem with the water on John' s- Pond, which Mr. Virgilio is to contact Mr.- Severance of Makepeace as they presently own that flume . However-, Mr. Virgilio said that h^is department is keeping a close watch on all the Town owned flumes . As t Uncle Percy' s loaf, Mr. Virgilio said that right now that- problem of finding out if that road as well as others belongs to the Town or is- pirate is -in the'- hands of Turn Counsel at this time. Mr. Virgilio discussed with the Board- the possi- bility of 1'ooking into a program of co.nve ting all the private- roads to Town owned roads . He said that eventually something like this will. have- to be done in order to get fundind to repair them. Sel. Hanson said that Mr'. vi.rgilio should contact Mr. Larry Burrows at New eab r - if there were any plans to o something with the roads . Mr.- Virgilio informed- the Board that Chapter 90. had- been delayed but he hope to complete has.e I be-fore July.He also stated that Mr.. ley .had started the layout and survey of Great Oak Road. el. Garland asked if the Supe-rintendent new of a survey that was going on at Great Neck -Road. Mr. Virgilio said that he had spoken to the - gentleman once and . had been informed that they were looking for an old historical marker. Sel. Garland said that there are. slot .of ribbons and asked that -if the person' s truck is seem again that Mr. Virgilio get more infor- mation. Motion by Sel, Garland to adjourn the -greeting.
