He said that he came to officially <br /> close out their task. He thanked the Board for their help and <br /> said that by law their duty was over- as of June 6 , 1983, thirty <br /> days after election. He read- the report. Chm. Garland said that <br /> even though they may have been on opposit.e sides through th i s <br /> he thanks Mr. Terry and the Commis s ion. for their work and. he <br /> appreciates very. much the work that they did. He stated that the intention of Mr. Kogut is to run a <br /> restaurant with a liquor license and he would- like to do business <br /> to -re--coop his expenditures . hm .- Garland said that this has <br /> been an on going issues for- sometime now. Fire Chief Hartin <br /> said that he has received no notification* Discussion followed <br /> on the change of name from the Farm to Cherrystones . The Super- <br /> intendent <br /> of Streets asked why his name had been mentioned. <br /> He stated that he is doing a, layout on Ninigret Ave. but had <br /> not been contacted in reference to the sign. , The Board decided <br /> the wanted to speak to - the the Building Inspector on this therefore <br /> y - <br /> hm. Garland suggested that with- the concurrence of the Board <br /> they would recess this hearing for a short time in order to <br />
