Garland turned this matter over to the Shellfish garden and to <br /> Town Counsel. <br /> : 10 -p-m. - Chief Frye. - 14aterways Patrol & Part-tire Dispatchers- <br /> S61. <br /> is atchers-Sl. Hansom explained that Mr4 Koblinsky submitted a letter asking <br /> that Bob Sullivan be appointed as an assistant Harbormastex for John's <br /> Pond. He also pointed out the fact there is two- Special Police who- <br /> are covering. the area row,- and he has no objection to another person <br /> to cover the area but would like to see a schedule. worked out between <br /> thea. <br /> Carole Jacobson also expressed the need for another. person for the area, <br /> due to the problem with let skiers. <br /> Chm. Garland read the By-law 4.7.6 and finds it pu ling why people <br /> are mown to be causing problems and nothing is. being done to enforce <br /> the By-law. <br /> Sel. Terry asked the process used J-If the person is caught. <br /> Mr. Koblinsk.y replied, the first time he- is given a verbal warning, <br /> repeat offenders are then turned over to the Chief of Police or the <br /> Department of Marine and Fi l!eries of Boston. <br /> Chin. Garland suggested that someone contact the State, to see if <br /> someone could ride with the patrol for 3 or- 4 days. , <br /> Sel. Hanson motioned to appoint Bob SO-ligan assistant Harbormaster. <br /> Sel. Terry seconded. Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Devick explained he ways not- a taxpayer in the town -but would lake <br /> o compliment the Board on the give and take that went on during the <br /> meeting. <br /> Chief-Fr ye -� Dispatchers <br /> .. <br /> Chief is requesting two Special Police officers and he -will assign <br /> there duties. The t o would nog leave the complex. <br />
