Garland said that Mr. Peoples is the Executive Director of <br /> the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Cape Cod and Islands , he i <br /> a -Mashpee resident and he is interested in environmental and <br /> conservation issues . Sel. Hansom suggested that Mr. Peoples -�be <br /> invited to next week's meeting as he would like to meet him. . - <br /> Executive Secretary is to send Mr. Peoples a letter inviting -him <br /> to next week' s moeting. <br /> 2. ) Executive Secretary explained the memo from the Board of Health <br /> relative to food permits , The Board of Health is requesting that <br /> the Selectmen do not .issue a one day liquor permit until the <br /> individuals have obtained a food permit. Mr. Murphy explained <br /> that a few weeks ago such a liquor license had been issued to <br /> the Wampanoag Gun and Rod Club. They were asked t get a food <br /> permit or their one day license would be -invalid. They did not <br /> get the - food permit. Chm. Garland asked if perhaps - t one time <br /> a food permit had been issued and the Club might think that it <br /> was valid. Executive Secretary is to find- out. Board did concur <br /> with the Board of Health's 'request. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS <br /> Chief G.rey Wolf Moran arrived at 6 :14 p.m. His appointment was for <br /> m. <br /> 6 :14 .m.' - Executive -Secretary explained -that the Chief came -to discuss <br /> the grant application that ha-s to be signed by the Selectmen <br /> for the renovation of the old Town Hall .S .o. building) on <br /> Route 130 . <br /> Chin. - Garland said that the Board had received. a number of <br /> petitions and questions regarding fees .
