Hanson also asked the Executive Secretary to look, at the job description. Board returned to old business. OLD BUSINESS.:' . Board reviewed bias on the self contained breathing apparatus .. Motion by Sel.. Terry to accept the bid from American Fire Equipment of -Needham, lei . . for $4745. 00. Seconded by Sel. Hanson. Motion .Carried. . 4. Chm. Garland said that he would like to postpone the discussion on the old town hall'. until he has time to read. and analyse the various comments from the Executive Secretary ' s memorandum. Board concurred. . Chin. Garland said that this item had been removed from the agenda. Chm. Garland asked if there was any other old business . Mrs. Wasil said that she wanted to submit a plan with 'the Spring and Fall schedule for the flea market . stalls with a letter signed by four members of the 'G asil family. - Chm. Garland accepted and said that copies would be made and that this would be taken under advisement. NEW BUSINESS 1. Chm. Garland said that the Board had received- a notification on the museum closing.. - Executive Secretary said the museum would be closing for the season on Sunday, October 3 . It will re--open in April.. It would also .be open to croup tours in the Winter through appointments-. [until October 30th the hours would remain the same, The -museum is open on Monday, Friday and - Saturday from 10 :00 -a.m. to 4 :00 .m. -arid- Sunday from 1:00 p.m, to 4 :00 p.m. 2. ) ,Chm. Garland stated that Fire Chief .Hartin has filed a Complaint in Superior Court against Carl' s Restaurant for violation of Fire Prevention., and he is asking the Board to set up a hearing to suspend or revoke the liquor license for , this establishment., Motion by Sel. Hanson to hold. a public hearing on Ottavio-Emma Ind. d/b/a Carls liquor license.- to see if the license should be - suspended or revoked on November 9 , . 1983. Seconded by Se l. Terry. Notion Carried. 3. Chm. Garland said that the Board had received a. letter from Fire Chief H rtin and as he was. present. he asked the Chief. to speak on the matter. Chief Hartin said that he was informing the Board that he was ttinc a cottage from Maushop village at New Seabury to be used for a breathing apparatus maze. Chm. Garland asked about repairs and materials needed.
