Board of Selectmen received an update from Executive <br /> Secretary on the status of Hooppole Road. It was <br /> stated the Board would be asked to execute an order <br /> of taking, which would be recorded with the registry <br /> of deeds that day. Repair work will begin that day. <br /> The Executive Secretary advised the Board that Selectmen <br /> Costa of Falmouth would like to set up the proposed <br /> meeting with Otis/Edwards officials. The Selectmen <br /> would prefer a Tuesday morning meeting. <br /> 3. The Executive Secretary discussed with the Board a <br /> request to hire a Rhode Island firer for $3 ,400. 00 <br /> in connection with testing of the 14a tepee River. The <br /> Board of Selectmen asked for additional information& <br /> .7 <br /> . The Town Accountant discussed with Selectmen her dis- <br /> agreement with the Board' s decision of August 7 , 1984 <br /> relative to a differential for a tee por ry laborer in <br /> the Public works Department. Mr Terror felt the person should <br /> have overall Charge of the conservation effort and <br /> not be a desk administrator. He did not want the person <br /> to be a dock officer, per se, but- in charge of clod control. <br /> efforts, Temrock Kennels or Special Police officers <br /> could handle day-to-day clod problems. � <br /> It was decided by the Board the N.
