Reardon ` <br /> ]ESTS: Monica McNally, Charlie Hicks, Delores Kbng, William Peters, Mr. & Mrs. <br /> Jordan, Mr. & Mrs. Schneider, Dante Pallucca, Kevin Kirrane <br /> Selectman Manson convened the meeting at 7 p.m. <br /> Selectman Terry moved to approve the M11 nutes of September 5 regular meeting'and <br /> September 18 administrative meeting. <br /> a <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS <br /> NGS <br /> 7-000 - Mr. Kevin Kirrane attorny for the transfer of the liquor license of Danbil <br /> Corporation to Jorlen Corporation explained that Mrs. Jordan -and Mr. <br /> Mrs. Schneider have purchased Dan Bill's Restaurant. A amber of renovations <br /> are planned with an opening scheduled in December. Seating capacity will stay the <br /> . same. Proposed name is Pickwick's. Mr. Robert Jordan is the manager of record.. <br /> Mr. William Peters of Peters & Hartel Tryst stated he{+has -known bath parties <br /> personally and feels they will do a great ,fob with the restaurant. <br /> Mr. C asil is also in favor of the project. <br /> Selectman Hanson asked if the design Review had seem the pians showing the proposed <br /> changes. <br /> W. Kirrane pointed out that since a special perm-it. is not needed he did not feel <br /> it was necessary to go before the Design Review Committee. <br /> 0 <br /> The Board asked that Mr. Kirrane have the Design R view C�o= ttee review the plans <br /> for their comments. Mr. Kirrane agreed. <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to approve. the transfer from Danbil Corporation. to Jo len <br /> Corporation. Selectman Hanson seconded. Selectman Terry abstained, <br /> Executive Secretary, Joseph Murphy was asked to put in hand the by-laws and <br /> regulations pertaining to liquor licenses. <br /> 7:15 - Mr. French from Com Electric was in to explain their plans to relocate <br /> poles on Mono oscoy Road to new lot lines to serve RiadbrookCorporation's <br /> development. <br /> Selectman Terry moved to approve the petition of Com -Electric. Selectman Thomas <br /> seconded. All were in favor. <br />
