The Board received communication from Attorney Billingham regarding <br /> the Channel Club, he has not if ied the town if they would like to hold <br /> the hearing to notify, cancel or suspend the license of Channel Club. <br /> they may he had originally notified the selectmen that the Channel <br /> Club was stayed from action dine to bankruptcy. <br /> Selectmen scheduled the hearing for two ,reeks from tonight. <br /> Being no further old business the Board went on to New Business, <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Chief Hartin recommends the Selectmen designate the Police, Fire, and <br /> Public Works Employees as essential employees under the provisions of <br /> the '-'tight to know law". <br /> �. <br /> Selectman Terry motioned to appoint the Police, Fire and Public Works <br /> Employees as essential employees under the provision of the- "right to <br /> know" law. selectman Thomas seconded. All were in favor. <br /> . Selectman-Thomas moved to appoint Jayne Hendricks, Sheller Mills, iddy <br /> Mills, David Pcc nett and Vernon Pock.ett to the Attaquin Park, Task <br /> Force. Selectman Terry seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Ernest Virgilio feels that the Police Chief, Wendy and' himself should <br /> 0 be involved in some wa . ith this committee. <br /> Selectman Thomas voted to appoint Chief Frye, Wendy Dubin and Etnie <br /> Virgilio as ex officio non-voting members of the Attaquin Pa. .k, Task <br /> Force. Selectmen Terry seconded.
