All in favor . <br /> 2. The Board reviewed a letter dated October 4 from Daniel <br /> Dunham relative to a problem he has which he cannot get <br /> reso.1ved regarding barking dogs. The Board signed a letter <br /> relative to the situation. <br /> . Ernie Virgilio ret with the Board regarding a pre- <br /> application <br /> re- <br /> application for state funds to restore three of the town <br /> landings, Pirates Coves, Ockway BaX, and' Great River, ` <br /> Mr . Virgilio explained that he started to compile the eleven <br /> pages of information for the grant back in February, 1984 and <br /> all has been done except a letter of approval from the <br /> Selectmen . e pointed out that h had touched base with the <br /> Conservation Commission back in March,, 1983. <br /> He explained that his proposal is for three 1 ' x 30' precast <br /> concrete , non- id ridge ramps i t h a berm along side. T ar4e <br /> i t be a wooden floating doc p p or t e d by wood piles, re-o able in the winter . The Selectmen reviewed the prelimin- <br /> ary <br /> re itin-ar sketch of the proposal , The grand total for the work is <br /> $48,800 and e i asking the Coastal Facilities Improvement <br /> Program to award the town $24,600. The Boar,d signed a letter <br /> endors.i ng the app 1 i cat i on for funds <br /> . Joe Murphy advised the Board that a grievance was filed <br /> today and he asked the Selectman to consider meeting in <br /> Executivee s i ori . Selectman Terry roved to go into <br /> Executive Session for the purpose of discussing a grievance <br /> and not to resume the regular r reetin . Selectman Thomas <br /> seconded. Selectman Hanson in favor. Selectman Terry in <br /> favor . Selectman Thomas in favor .
