Selectman Manson asked that a memo be sent to Chief Frye asking about the <br /> collection of funds with regard to faulty alarms. <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> :-1.5 — Ir. Roberts of the Popponeset Bay Waterways Association was in to discuss <br /> the article on the special torn meeting warrant for $.5,000. He explained that <br /> before they could go any further town support was needed to prove to State,Agencies <br /> thea seriousness of the project. <br /> Selectmen voted to support this issue. <br /> 7:30 Selectmen were to meet with the Conservation Commission to discuss strategy <br /> .in connection with pending litigation. Selectman Terry pointed out that he sppke <br /> Dorothy Studley and March Dardano both were unable to attend, <br /> 1r. Reardon brought, to the Board' s attention an basement that was approved at <br /> the February 7, 1984 town meeting for Mr. Sven on, which needed the signatures <br /> of all three selectmen and the Town Clerk, <br /> Selectman Terry moved to approve the easement to Noel Svenson as approved by town <br /> meeting on February 7, 1984. Selectman Thomas seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Being no further b -sine s Selectman Terry moved to go into executive session to <br /> discuss litigation filed. Selectman Thomas seconded.
