MINUTES <br /> • BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 1984 <br /> PRESENT: Selectmen Hanson, Thomas and Terry, Executive Secretary , Joseph F. <br /> Murphy and Town Counsel , Joseph J. Reardon <br /> GUESTS: James Allick, Vernon Thomas, Arlene Hoxie, Earle Marsters, Monica <br /> McNally , Joseph DiMaggio and Mr Fiorentini <br /> Selectman Hanson convened the meeting at 7: 10 p.m. <br /> Selectman Terry moved to approve the minutes of October 31st regular meeting and <br /> executive sessions as well as the regular meeting of November 7th and executive <br /> session of November 7th. Selectman Thomas seconded. All were in favor. <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> 7:00 - The tax classification hearing was scheduled for this time due to the <br /> absence of the Board of Assessor' s Selectman TerTy moved to continue the hearing <br /> for one week. Selectman Thomas seconded. All were in favor. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Selectman Hanson read the report of the Town Museum.a copy of which is attached <br /> and made part of these minutes. <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> 7: 15 - Mr. DiMaggio was in to voice his complaint about the fact that the Board <br /> of Health office is closed. He asked that the Board do something to gettemporary <br /> help until Mr. Tallent can return to work so the office could remain open when <br /> Mrs. Anderson was out on the road. <br /> Selectman Hanson felt he should contact the Board of Health to see if they planned <br /> to do anything regarding this matter. <br /> Selectman Thomas pointed out that the office would be covered as of Monday. <br /> Mr. Earle Marsters was in to discuss the Petition of Redbrook Corporation, Case <br /> No. 35350-S. <br /> Selectman Terxy _moved. upon .proof .to_ town_ counsel that Mr- <br /> Parker' s rights are <br /> protected to enter. into a: SGipulation which would allow said petition. . Selectman <br /> Thomas seconded.
