NEW BUSINESS (continued) <br /> Selectmen asked that Mr. Samuelson be contacted to see exactly what he is <br /> asking for. <br /> HEARINGS AND APPOINTMENTS <br /> 8:00 Mashpee Neck Association was in to see if the Board could do anything <br /> with regards to excessive speeding on Quaker Run Road. ' It was <br /> also pointed out that SimonsNarrow street sign has been removed. <br /> Selectmen pointed out that the Police Department has personnel that <br /> will go out to .the area and study said area and determine what <br /> speed is adequate for the area. <br /> Ernie Virgilio was asked to Look into these problems and determine <br /> who owns the road. <br /> Mr. Virgilio asked that the Association request in writing just <br /> what they would like done. <br /> Selectman Thomas also asked that any missing signs be replaced <br /> immediately. <br /> Selectman Thomas motioned to accept the resignations of James and Paula <br /> Soltis from the Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee. Selectman Terry <br /> seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Having no further business Selectman Terry motioned to adjourn at 8:11 p.m. <br /> Selectman Thomas seconded. <br /> RespectfLqly submitted, <br /> Joyce Mason <br />
