Terry agreed. <br /> Mr. Coll ins asked the Board where 'I r. Costa ran his taxi cab <br /> business from. Board replied -they didn't ]snow he had owned <br /> a taxi- cab business. Sel.. Terry stated -again that Mr. Collins <br /> come back with a location. Hearing closed at :10 P.rne <br /> 6 :15 P,m. Chm. Garland stated that because of a lack of quorum for the <br /> meeting of January 2 . 1984 the hearing- on the Laava Faily <br /> Trust all alcoholic license had been. continued to February <br /> 11 1984 , Chm, Garland asked if there- were any objections t <br /> the transfer of. name-. He asked if anyone wanted to spear in <br /> favor. Sell. Terry said that he sees no problem with this. <br /> Mr. Thomas Deane said that they were advised to incorporate <br /> by their Attorney, Chex►. Garland told Mr, Devane that the <br /> corporate papers were needed. Mr. Devane said that he would <br /> .bring thea In. He also gave Chm. Garland the notices that <br /> the abutters had been notified of the hearing'. <br /> Motion by <br /> Sel . Terry to allow the transfer of the allall alcoholic <br /> beverages license_ from Anthony LaCava Trust to Quashnet valley <br /> Country Club t Inc, , pending Mr. Devane furnishing the corporate <br /> papers. Seconded by Chm. Garland. This - is a vote. <br /> OLD BUSINES <br /> 1. board reviewed the a.pp 1 i c a t io n' -f roan Attorney reeney and the wa s i l s <br /> - � � ohm <br /> regarding - the operation f the Dick Ellie' s flea market. . <br /> Garland suggested that in view of the article in -the special town <br /> meeting- warrant that this be deferred -and continued until February <br /> 9,. 1984 . Garland said that the Hoard had received a letter from Mr. Earle <br /> ]�ar 4. 1} �.+ , Chairman of he Plannin -Board, regarding the igri_-_article-- <br /> l'1 <br /> and his request that the article not be included in the special town <br /> .meeting warrant. <br /> Mrs. Thomas asked to be recognized and said that she could understand <br /> why the sign article was not to be put in the special town meeting <br /> warrant but -she would like to know why the water district article <br /> had not been included. Executive Secretary explaai d that when it <br /> had been sent to Town Counsel for review and proper sequence there <br /> and corrections that needed to be done. Mr. Murphy <br /> were omissions <br /> ' worked on. it deligently but by the time it was <br /> said Town counsel w e � - <br /> returned to the Planning Hoard it' was to late.
