He felt that this was creating Legal problems <br /> He stated that the State had promised an easement to the town. <br /> Mr. Reardon said even a deed that was given to the town, but <br /> nothing was received. <br /> Chm. Garland said that he feels this is part of the towns bargaining <br /> power and he wants the interest of the town to be safe. <br /> Chin.
