BOARD of SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE .EE-TING <br /> TUESDAY, MARCH 19 , 1985 <br /> Present : Selectman Danson, Selectman Terry, Selectman Thomas , Executive <br /> Secretary was ill . <br /> 1. Ernest Virgilio, DPW Director and Wendy Rubin, Parks & R' creat i on <br /> Director were in regarding an update on the completion of the basketball <br /> court at the recreation area on Route 130. <br /> The completion is down to the last plea e . Wendy is requesting mon-ies <br /> in the FY 86 budget to complete this project . Previous problems between <br /> these two departments regarding the basketball court has been resolved. <br /> 2 R gard ing Beach permits the Board approved the Beach Rules and <br /> Regulations and Fees as submitted by Wendy Rubin-. In regards to time <br /> sharing beach permits , the Board agreed to charge the sate rates as <br /> residents , which they are . <br /> To avoid confusion, the Recreation Director will contact the owners of <br /> the three time sharing properties to arrange a Meeting time each week <br /> at their establishment to issue beach permits . <br /> The Business Association' s commerce building, -to be located at the Mashpee <br /> Rotary, will have copies of beach sticker requirements available for <br /> residents . Said permits will bo available at the recreation building <br /> on Route 130. <br /> 3. Building Inspector Doug Boyd and Town Planner Tori Fuda lay were in <br /> to review the zoning articles . Both Doug and Tom were asked to write an <br /> explanation of each zoning article and then meet with the Board . This <br /> information is to be reader by next Tuesday .
