Selectmen received an advisory from the Department of Environmental Quality <br /> Engineering stating that the results of testing done on Little and Great Rivers <br /> and Hamblin Pond meets the sanitary requirements for shellfishing areas. <br /> 7. Mr. Virgilio requested consideration for appointment to the Cable vision Advisory <br /> Board. <br /> Selectmen Terry moved to appoint Ernest. S. Virgilio to the Cable Vision Advisory <br /> Board. Selectman Thomas seconded. All were in favor. <br /> . Selectmen received a letter from Little Harbor Development Co. regarding the <br /> status of Beakrses ' s Toad. <br /> Mr. Murphy explained that a copy of the letter was forwarded to Town-Counsel <br /> who has sent a response to the Planning Board with a copy to Mr. Murphy. <br /> Selectmen asked Mr. Murphy to send a letter to Mr. Jacobi, President of Little <br /> Harbor Development Co. , Inc. stating the status of the goad, <br /> . Mr. Virgilio requested that articles 73--79 be postponed until another special <br /> or annual town meeting due to the finitial situation of the town. <br /> . The Assistant Attorney general informed Ir. Murphy on Friday that the article <br /> dealing with A. .E. . was going to be disapproved. <br /> Selectman Thomas asked which way should they go to get this approved. <br /> Town Counsel stated in order to expedite this quicker it should go back to <br /> Special Town Meeting. <br /> New Business <br /> 1. Selectmen were notified by the Barnstable County Police Academy of the graduation <br /> dinner which will be held on Friday, May 17, 1985 at Dunfey's in Hyannis. <br /> . Selectmen asked that a letter of support be forwarded to the Cape Cod Planning <br /> and Economic Development Commisison realtive to the addition of 25 undeveloped <br /> coastal barrier beach areas on Cape Cod. <br /> .
