All were in favor. <br /> Old Business <br /> i <br /> I Selectmen reviewed with Mr. Kuusel a' the acquaculture permit that was drafted <br /> for Mr. Kuusl , <br /> Mr. Kuela did not see any problems with the permit as written. <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to sign the conditions of the acquaculture permit. <br /> Selectman Terry seconded. All were in favor. <br /> . Selectmen received from the ad hoc Water Supply Committee a request to extend <br /> the life of the committee until such time a proposal for water distribution <br /> is submitted to town meeting. <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to extend the life of the committee until such time <br /> a proposal for water distribution is submitted to town meeting. Selectman <br /> Ferry seconded. All were in favor. <br /> +. Se-lectmen were requested by the act hoc Water Supply Committee to accept the <br /> proposal of SEA consultants Inc. for engineering services for a water distribution <br /> plan. <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to accept the proposal of SEA Unsultants dated February 15, <br /> 1985 subject to town meeting appropriation. Selectman Ferry seconded. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> Mr. ,Jones was asked hoer the water quality advisory committee and act hoc water <br /> supply committee are going to work together on this. Mr. Jones feels ogee <br /> a distribution plan is submitted it would be best to have one committee working <br /> on the water needs of the town, <br /> A _pointments & Hearings <br /> i <br /> j 8;10 — Selectmen conducted a hearing on the request of New England Telephone for a <br /> proposed road corssing and berried cable on Route 130, Mashpee. <br /> I <br /> Ir. Virgilio stated that it being a newly pawed road he would demand ar boring <br /> i <br /> under the road. <br /> Selectman 'Thoma s moved to approve petition 85-520 of the New England Telephone <br /> i <br /> subject to approval of ars excavation permit by the Director of Public Works. <br /> Selectman Terry seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Selectmen were scheduled to hold a public hearing on the termination of employment o <br /> Glen Rogprs. Mr. Murphy pointed out it would not be necessary to held this hearing <br /> t this time as albor counsel and counsel for Mr. Rogers have come to an agreement. <br /> Old Business <br /> . Selectmen received an advisory from the Boas of Italy stating that they did not <br /> authorize any person to request a permit to conduct a Summer Fair in the name <br /> or sponsorship of the Sans of Italy. <br /> L <br />
