Also, that the Personnel be given a list of names of all individuals <br /> that have expressed -an interest in serving as shellfish constable. <br /> Selectmen asked that this be sent to Personnel Board for advertisement. <br /> 7:20 Elizabeth Petti re: Water Supply Elizabeth Petti asked the Hoard if any <br /> plans have been made for the Gown have their own water supply if so when <br /> and what . She also asked what would happen to those who may have tied in <br /> with the private water company, <br /> Selectman Thomas advised her that there will be funds requested at to <br /> special town meeting for a study to be done by SBA Consultants as well <br /> as boring of dells. She further stated that the private water company has <br /> the right to do what they are doing. <br /> New Business . <br /> . Personnel Board recommended to the Selectmen Mary Timpe as the part—tire <br /> administrative clerk for the police department . <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to appoint Mary Timpe as administrative clerk for the police <br /> department. Selectman Terry seconded. Motion carried. <br /> . Selucmen received a communication from Chief of Police Curtis Frye suggesting <br /> that Patrolman Peters be put on leave without loss of pay status 41— 111. ' until <br /> his retirement claim is processed by the Baxnstable County Retirement Board. Chief <br /> Frye who was in attendance stated that this ,recommendation was based upon an <br /> examination done by Dr. Fox for a hearing problem. <br /> Selectman- `hor s mored to place Patr l Officer Frederick Peter' s Sr. on leave without <br /> loss of pay tatus "41— 111F" Selectman Terry secon' ded. Lotion carried. <br /> 7. Selectmen revei ed communication from the DPW Director regarding the former Salt <br /> Shed area. Swaebe, Barnstable-Is <br /> representative to the South Cape Beach Advisory Committee. <br /> electman' Thomas advised the Board that a copy of the letter has been forwarded t <br /> Barnstable for their consideration. <br /> . Selectmen were notified by the Department of marine Fisheries of the closing <br /> of Shoestring Bay to shellfishing. <br />
