BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES <br /> UESDA , NOVEMBER 51 1985 <br /> ADMINISTRATION MEET1NG <br /> Present: Selectman Hanson, Selectman Thomas and Executive Secretary, Joseph F. <br /> Murphy <br /> Absent; Selectman Terry <br /> Guests; Jane Labukte, Doug Boyd, At Hollander, Tom Fudala, Monica McNally and <br /> ,Carol Costa—Crowell <br /> Mr. Murphy explained to the Board that on the agenda was an item to sign the <br /> warrants. He stated that they are not quite ready but - ou-ld be. all set for <br /> the regular meeting on Wednes-day. <br /> Mr. Murphy informed the Burd that Highw od Water would within the next few days <br /> star. laying the water line for the Housing for the Elderly and Library. Doug <br /> Storrs has asked if the Selectmen would lice to participate in the anncunceme'nt of <br /> this. Selectmen asked that New Seabury locate signs indicating work is being done. <br /> Mr. Murphy advised the Board that he has asked Pain Davis to inquire of her Beard <br /> ghat their plans are for filling the vacancy on- their Burd. Mr. Murphy stated <br /> three have expressed an interest. <br /> The Burd met with Jane Labut , Doing Boyd and Tom Fudala relative to the distribution <br /> of the town by—laws and ,zoningby—law. The questioned raised- was the printing and <br /> distribution of these by—laws. Mr. Murphy pointed out the long term is being taken <br /> care of but in the mean time need to have them available. Mr. Murphy pointed out <br /> that the Town Clerk has a statutory obligation to sell these documents. <br /> It was agreed that the Town Clerk and the gown Planner's office would proof read <br /> both and then the town should get qu6tes to have them printed, The Board agreed <br /> to have 500 copies of the zoning by—law printed and 250 copies of the town by—laws <br /> printed. <br /> Mr. Hollander was in relative to things he had written up for the Harbormasters job. <br /> One being a list of moorings, Mr. Hollander stated he felt it was a mistake e to <br /> r' ise the pay of the Harbormaster and not pay the assistants.- <br /> Selectman Thomas thanked Mr. Hollander for helping deep things running smoothly <br /> during the peak time of year. <br /> Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:35 a.m. <br /> Respectfully submiLL d, <br /> Ya�L <br /> 07eM.
