Board deferred this until later. <br /> Selectman Terry roved to go into executive S S Tori to discuss pending litigation <br /> with the regular meeting to reconvene. Selectman Thomas Seconded. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> The regular meeting reconvened at 3: 30 p.m. <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> 3:30 — Mr. James Allick was in to resume the hearing of October 17 for a permit <br /> to operate a limousine service_ in town. Mr. Allick pointed out he will <br /> locate his business in the Ma hpee Professional Building. <br /> Selectman Terry motioned to approve the permit. Selectman Thomas seconded. <br /> All were .in fovr. <br /> Mr. Bo ohetti was in, to voice his concern about the high water level of John' s <br /> Pond. He pointed out the water is the highest it has ever been. <br /> 3:45 — Mir. Frank Homyr was in to have three copies -of the- grant application <br /> signed.
