Brier relative <br /> to their stay at the Mashpee Middle School during hurricane Gloria. They enclosed <br /> a check to help cover expenses incurred. <br /> New Business <br /> 1 Selectmen rec i eved a list o f individuals from the John' s Pond Part Committee that <br /> Mr. Narr would like to see re-appointed. <br /> Mr. Murphy pointed out that all of the individuals have been re-appointed but only <br /> two have been sworn in. He further stated that the only new person would be Thomas <br /> F'udala and suggested he be appointed as an ex-officio member. <br /> Selectman Thomas advised the Board that Louise Behrman is the representative from <br /> the conservation Commission to the committee. Selectman Thomas further moved t <br /> appoint F. Thomas Fudala as an ex-officio member. Selectman Hanson seconded. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Murphy also advised the Board that the John' s Pond Park Committee submitted an <br /> article for the special town meeting for maintenance of the park and through error <br /> the article was left off. He stated that the only gray to correct this problem was <br /> have another special within the specie. . Selectmen agreed to hold another special <br /> and the signed the one article warrant. <br /> 2 Selectmen received a copy of the proposed assignment by SEMASS Partnership of <br /> the waste AcquisiticneAgreement. Mr. Murphy pointed out this has not yet been <br /> reviewed by town counsel. <br /> Selectmen asked that this be forwarded to counsel for his review. <br /> 3 Selectmen were advised that the cape and Islands Emergency Medical Services System <br /> is able to hold their fiscal year 1987 budget appropriation to last year' s level ,, <br /> 4 Selectman -Hanson roved to appoint Chester Koblinsky as Harbormaster, Selectman <br /> Thomas seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Selectman roved to appoint Jure M. Daley and Glen Hebert as special police <br /> officers. Selectman Hanson seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Selectmen requested that a letter of commendation be drafted for June Daley for <br /> job performance as animal control of f icer. <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to appoint Muriel Springer-Smith for a two year tern <br /> to the MAshpee Youth Commission. Selectman Hanson seconded. All were in favor. <br /> 7 Selectman Thomas moved to concurr with the recommendation of the Town Planner <br /> relative to permanent employment of Tracie A. Moll . Selectman Hanson seconded. <br /> All were in favor. <br />
