The Board <br /> however on the second request suggested that the Town Planner work out what arrange— <br /> ments <br /> rrange— <br /> ments were necessary for the use o f the small brick—lined .ora room in the <br /> Ptanners office. <br /> . Selectmen received communication from the Governor' s OEEice of Federal R6,16tions <br /> relaLive to the Fair Labor Act. Selectmen asked that a copy of this be forwarded <br /> Lo the Personnel Board. <br /> New Business <br /> 1 . Selectmen received an application from Paul Peters Real- Estate Division Inc. <br /> for, a one day permit . for all alcoholic beverages for a Christmas Party on December 12, <br /> 1985 from 4 — 8 p.m. <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to grant the permit for a one day all alcoholic license to Paul <br /> Peters Real Estate Division Inc. Selectman Hanson seconded. All were in favor. <br /> 2. Selectman Thomas moved to appoint Joseph Smith, Gail Blakely, .Joyce Heideros, <br /> Michael Coronella and Larry Frye to the Mashpee Youth Commission. Selectman Hanson <br /> seconded. All were in favor• <br /> . Selectmen received a request from the Animal Control Officer for 3j5 days or <br /> 28 hours of compensation time , hich would allow her to go home to Baltimore for <br /> the holidays. Mrs. Daley has accumulated thrity hours of comp. time. Selectman <br /> Hanson moved to approve this request. Selectman Thomas seconded. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> . Selectmen received a letter from Mr. & Mrs. Maraia relative to a flooding <br /> situation that exists on Ninigret Ave. and Conochet Road. They were requesting <br /> emergency repairs to correct this problem. <br /> The DPW Director advised the Bard in writing that he does not feel an emergency <br /> condition exists .a�_ this time and therefor .does not request the use of emergency <br /> repairs funds. <br /> Selectmen asked that a copy of Mr. Virgilio ' s memo be forwarded to Mr. & Mrs. <br /> Ma raia. <br /> 5. Mr. Virgilio asked for permission to research and develop a preliminary layout <br /> for a garbage transfer station in Mashpee. Selectmen Thomas and Term suggested <br /> that he work with the Board of Health on' this as they are also working on this, <br /> Mr. Virgilio said he wou-1-d like to see this operation a DPW operation and not a <br /> contractor job. Selectman Thomas will communicate with the Beard of Health and <br /> arrange for Mr. Virgilio to meet with thea. <br /> . Deputy Cooper submitted a revised special order relative to the Establishment of <br /> Accident Investigation Board. SelecLmen approved this special order pending town <br /> counsel review. <br />
