Board of Selectmen Meeting 4/23/86 e <br /> i <br /> 6 The Board restated their posi.tion on not accepting bids <br /> past the deadline in view of the letter from LEA group. <br /> The Board requestaff Mr. Murphy to send a memo to the Conserva- <br /> tion Commission for tomorrow's meeting stating the consultant <br /> did what they wanted, DEQE agreed and also New S eabury Corp. <br /> and yet the Commission has not acted on the Clam Shell Road <br /> situation, and this Board would like them to act on it tomorrow <br /> with no further delay. <br /> New Business <br /> 1 Selectman Thomas moved t grant one--day liquor perm'.t <br /> -U- the Rod & Gun Club for April 26, 1986. Selectman Hanson <br /> seconded and it was a vote . <br /> 4) The Board reviewed a memo from the Fire ChI* of on a complaint <br /> from Fred Peters on the blockage of No is r Hole Road by debris . <br /> Mr. Murphy said Mr. Virgilio believes there 's also a house <br /> blocking the road . The Board oared Mr. Virgilio to move <br /> erre ryth ing but th e h ous e <br /> 5) The Board referred to the Board f Health a complaint <br /> by a. local restaurant owner. <br /> 6) Selectman Thomas moved to approve the general orders submitted <br /> by the Deputy Chief of Police . Selectman Hanson seconded and <br /> it was a vote , <br /> Other Items <br /> The Board agreed to send the memo on the oil sDill coordinator <br /> to the Fire Chief to see if he or anyone in his department i <br /> interested . <br /> The Board agreed to reschedule their meeting with Bill Lee to after <br /> May y loth . <br /> Selectman Hanson moved to accept the resignation of Kris B nen- <br /> berger, Selectman Thomas seconded and it was a vote , <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to hold a special town meeting on May 19, <br /> 1986, Selectman Hanson seconded and it was a vote . The Selectmen <br /> signed the warrant . <br /> Selectman Thomas mored to o into executive session to discuss <br /> CD <br /> grievance Which has gore to arbitration. Selectman voted in <br /> favor. Selectman Terry voted in favor.
