Virgilio completes engineering plans <br /> for the layout of Route 151 maybe something could be world out <br /> then. <br /> Mr. Virgilio advised that the plans could be delayed for about <br /> year,. <br /> New Business <br /> 2 selectmen received a request from Metoxit Point residents asking <br /> for permission to dig a fire pit to steam shellfish for their <br /> annual clambake on July 18 , 1986 . <br /> Selectmen advised Mr. Munro representative for I etoxit Point <br /> residents that this area was State-owned property and they <br /> should contact ion Peterson of south Cape Beach state Park <br /> for permission. <br /> At this paint the Board voted to go into executive session t discuss <br /> land. acquisition. It was announced the Board would convene regular <br /> session in ten minutes . <br /> The Board reconvened the regular session at .m, <br /> Old Business <br /> 1. The Board reviewed a draft letter to the Personnel Board relative <br /> to interviewing candidates . <br /> Mr, Murphy pointed out that Selectman Manson had requested. <br /> change with one word. <br /> Selectmen deferred action. <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to appoint Robert Traylor and Theresa <br /> Davignon to the Council on .Aging. Selectman aw en a-t nde _. <br /> Vote was unanimous. <br /> Selectmen reviewed a communication from the Alcoholic Beverage <br /> Commission relative to the pledge of license for the Lobster <br /> Kettle to Haymarket Co-operative Bank. <br /> No action was necessary by the Board. <br />
