r- ' S Board of Selectmen Wednesday, July 1 , 1986 Regular Meeting 12a 4 New Business (continued) f • . a Selectman Lawrence moved to approve the request for out- - state funds, Selectman Thomas seconded. All were in favor. The Board received an application from Bobby Byrne ' s Pub for a one day permit to sell beer in draft cups for the benefit of the Leukemia Society of America in conjunction with the 1R Road Race on August 3 , 1986 . Selectmen Thomas roved to approve the request of Bobby Byrne t s Pub, Selectman Lawrence seconded. All were in favor.. 1 Selectmen receeved a communication from the Town of Provincetown requesting a copy of the agenda as well as any information so as to help their meetings run efficiently and organized. Selectmen asked the Executive Secretary to send them any information that may help* 11 Selectmen received a reconanendation from the cablevision committee -to setup a meeting with officials of Campbell. Communications to discuss providing cable service for parts of Mashpee which their lines will run through. Selectmen concurred with Michael Pietrowskils recommendation. 12 Selectmen received an application for a one day permit from the Rod & Gun Club to serve drinks at a club dance on July 27 , 198 . Selectman Lawrence moved to approve the request of the Mashpee Rod & Gun Club. Selectman Thomas seconded. All were in favor. 13 Selectman Lawrence moved to appoint June Daley as a special police officer, Selectman Thomas seconded. All were in favor.. Water Commissioners Selectmen received the following information relative to water re i_m'nary.. r,aft of Mashpee/Falmouth water service agreement . Water -.Report for the geek of July 1 Balance :sheet for water accounts Request of two Wheeler Road residents o ununication from Dufresne-Henry relative to Grouse Point Memo from the Board of Health No action was necessary for most of the above. Selectman Thomas will respond to the Wheeler Road residents .
