New Business (continued) 4 The Board accepted Mr. Virgilio' letter of resignation as a member of the Cable Advisory Committee. Old Business Selectman Thomas mored to re-appoint Toni Collins as Assistant Dog officer. Selectman Lawrence seconded. All were in favor. 4 Selectmen received copies of insurance coverage from Dr. Aubrey which was the last issue outstanding relative to his contract. _ Selectman Lawrence moved to enter into a contract with Aubrey Consulting Inc. with the terms of the last contract and also the terms of liability read Aubrey Consulting Inc. Selectman Thomas seconded. All were in favor. New Business Selectmen reviewed a proposed general order relative to court case folder from the police department. Selectman Thomas mored to adopt general order-court case folder. Selectman Lawrence seconded. All were in favor. The Board received an application for a one day permit from the R. Glenn Landers Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc. for a fund raiser on September 21, 1986. Selectman Lawrence questioned where the fund raiser would be held, as he was not aware them was a Poppnest Beach Club. Mr. Murphy will contact the organization and bring it back before the Board next week. Selectmen received an invitation to the Council on Aging 12th Anniversary luncheon on September 11, 1986. Selectman Lawrence and Selectman Thomas will attend. Water Commis ion 1 The Board of Water Commissioners scheduled a public meeting for Monday, September 1 , 1986 at 7 p.m. to discuss the proposed master plan for water distribution and well. sites Selectmen reviewed an article for $30,00 for technical., engineering and professional_ services for the Water Commission. This article will be held until the next town meeting. The Assessor's requested a meeting with the Board to discuss betterment } and taxes.
