Mr. Clendenin to be absent. <br /> Mr. Clendenin stated he has to go to Washington from December 3 or 4 to <br /> December 14th and he will try to settled some of the important matters <br /> before he departs. There will not be a quorum to make decisions when he <br /> is absent. <br /> Mr. Cuthbert stated that there will be - times when a meeting will have to <br /> be re-schedule for certain reasons as such. <br /> 5. Suspension salary discussion of Mr. Poc nett. <br /> Mr. Cuthbert stated that Mr.. Pock att approached him pertaining to his <br /> suspension pay last .pri l. r. P ckne tt is under the enders tar ding tha t <br /> he has a week' s pay coming for that period. <br /> Mr.. Cuthbert told him he will check back for this situation but, he also <br /> told him that his thoughts were, when this suspension oc ured he was sus- <br /> pended without pay. <br /> The records were examined and '.n the Minutes of April 2, 1973, it stated <br /> that Mr. Poc .nett was on a one peek's suspension without pay as this was <br /> a justified suspension. <br /> Mrs. Lucas stated that she had wi the ld his one week's salary at that time. <br /> Mr. Green will return the explanation from the Personnel Board that he <br /> informally discussed this with the Personnel Board and tell him of the <br /> findings from the April 2, minutes. Mr. Po lone t t understood this when he <br /> had come for the grievance and returned to his job with cc p ting the <br /> loss of his week's salary. <br /> If Mr, Pocknett has any further questions he can notify us that he would <br /> like a meeting with the Personnel Board. <br /> .
