The interviews were held earlier today with firefighter <br /> applicants. The Executive Secretary did the interviewing <br /> along with Fare Chief Gould and William Murphy, a retired <br /> Chief of the Brookline Eire Department, The only candidate <br /> recommended for appointment was Charles Dottridge. A letter <br /> will be sent to the Board of Selectmen recommending Charles <br /> Dottridge as the only qualified applicant based on the recom- <br /> mendations from the Executive Secretary and Chief Gould. <br /> Board Secretary interviews will be conducted at the next <br /> scheduled meeting on October 26.
