Personnel. Board Minutes of December 5 . 1983 PAGE Request for Board Secretaries , cont , Secretary is still pending with Argy Mosley filling in until final selection is made . Ann Laevo.n was tested and asked to fill in on the Cranberry Sub- Committee . ub- Com it ee . Carrie said that she could speak for her qualifications . The Board agreed to -recommend Ani La gevin. to the Board of Selectmen for appointment to the Cranberry Sub-Committee , As for the other Boards who' are in need of a secretary , it was sug- gested that Donna Glennon be contacted as she recently expressed in- terest in working for the town as a board secretary. The Personnel secretary was asked to advertise every week for Board secretaries un- til, the pool is built up. Turkeys for Tower. Employees The possibility of providing town employees with season turkeys was discussed. Communication It was suggested ted that a town hall report be compiled for distribution to all town employees and department heads inc�l � ..U' ..ing hic hlights o the Thursday morning meetings , Dave suggested having employees who are interested form a committee to produce and distribute the report . Carrie suggested that a report from each department be sent in by one select person in that department . The Board also felt that the Board of Select- men should be asked -if they have any objections to the idea being pursued . Executive Sessions Municipal Law Memo regarding Executive Sessio.ns was copied for each member for their review. Discussion was made with reference to the execu- tive session the Personnel. Board held when interviewing candidates for an . Asst . Building Inspectors' The secretary was asked to send both docu.me ts. the article from the Beacon and. the miun-icipal memo to town counsel, .dor a legal opinion .
