Manny's thoughts were that two reports should be done a year. Dare elaborated by' saying one ,report should be done a f ter the employee#s probationary period and then annual.l.y,, Bob asked the secretary to check With the Town of Barnstable for a copy of their foam. Request for Support of Full-Time Assessor Bill lendenln net with the Personnel Board to ask their support for an article , which the Board of Assessors will be.s bmitting for a full-time assessor which would be -an -assistant to the Board of'Assessors a Dare suggested that he write up a job description. Bill expressed.the. fact that the position would require a skilled in- dividual and that he would work a =hour week with flexible hours to allow -him to do field work. Bill also mentioned that -he chid not thank here would be'any candid- � ates applying for the position from the Board-of Assessors-. Discussion was made o a salary range of $2 ,l7 .to $23,,504. . Application kation Forte The secretary relayed the fact that Town counsel. ,had indicated to Board member, Curtis Woodbury, that the Personnel Board. should consider some changes on tear: application form. The secretary was asked to follow through .on getting a written opirin from town counsel. , Lifeguard and Beach Gate Attendants Wendy Rubin asked that the- position of lifeguards;and.:-beach gate attendants be ad er- tised for. The Board asked thee ,r to o. ch c w -L %'towns such as Falmouth and Barnstable for possible candidates and they suggested advearta,sing in school. -newspapers. s ecial Police Officer - Radio o Dis atcher Advertisement has been made for three Special. Discussion was made on the changes- which ,should be rade in the PeAePe With reference t evaluating employees for yearly -increases. Review was made on the language in the clerical. contract. The secretary was asked. to rake a draft on the Boardl,s feelings. Retirement of Police O icer x The Board was notified that Vernon Thomas retired as of -March 21..
