He asked the Board if there was a rage set to hire <br /> people at <br /> Dare cormented that the Board las not addressed job -descriptions as far as brac eting ..the <br /> salaries. <br /> Selectman Thomas commented that both areas should be addressed as they are both equally as <br /> Important. She mentioned that in comparing' the- Fire def to other towns, we are rpt <br /> high; in fact, we are still low. <br /> Bob said that Mashpee has to'be compared.with small towns but we have to look at other <br /> towns and try to come in between. <br /> Selectman Hanson commented that our Fire def has as much work as Falmouth-r s :re Chief* <br /> Selectman Thomas said that we should be looking at the nurrber.of men and territories o <br /> tis commented that when the- Personnel Board received the -priority letter to do the com- <br /> a ative study. that they cid not know what they were getting into.
