Personnel Board Minutes of January 1.7, 1983 Page Meeting With Chief Priestly, cont O Curtis asked what time the incident took place? The Chief replied at 1200 hours, Curtis asked why Martini would tell 7 ottridge to take the vehicle for gas instead of him The Chief replied that it is normally the Shift Commander's function. Curtis asked how Long Dottridge was gone? Chief Priestly replied that he was cone for a total of 16 minutes round-trip to Joe DiMaggios Sunoco Station. Caroline asked the Chief _If the men would recelve a copy of the rules commenting that they should sign for them and then there should not be problems in the future. She continued to say that they are used to doing things as they please and that she does not think it is fair for a Chief to cope with insubordination. Dave commented that there have been a series of discipline problems.
