He also ;told the='Board PC that the appointment for the Bui ldi g 'Inspector Inspector has 'not been made; therefore,,there y,there i s not ,# a vacancy ey at the present tine. - The reason for this was because the-,,Board. of,. ele toren .were waiting for ars 'opinion from Town Counsel. as to 'who• is the appointing authority. 41 Caroline Gilligan tommentedrthat when a vacancy occur's', the Board has- to`advertise.'
