He explained that at Grade' 15 the salary level would be the. sam"e as it i's currently <br /> L. R <br /> th room for increments. <br /> Caroline Gilligan asked if this was a senior secretary? Joe Murphy' replied "yes,¢'that they <br /> currently have two administrative secretaries 'aid Joyce Mason- was the Senior secretary" <br /> H reiterated -by saying that the sta ting salary would remain unchanged. , .t <br /> T - f <br /> Y <br /> Berg Lofchie moved that Joyce Ma'son's' salary level be increased from Grade 12, Stepp 2 to <br /> Grade 12, Step 4 as soon as the -Board of Selectmen approve it.
