Personnel Board were present for tonight's meeting: Chairman <br /> Robert Sullivan, Manuel Glickman and Carrie Saunders. <br /> Chairman Sullivan convened the meeting promptly at 76:00 p art. i <br /> r - <br /> New Personnel Board Member <br /> The Board was advised that the Selectmen .had appointed a new member to the Personnel Bo rrd,, <br /> Ben Lof hie. Mr. Lof chi6 was notified of 'tonight't s meeting. however, could not attend due'- <br /> to <br /> ue .to prior commitments- <br /> Pay <br /> mmitments_Pay i f r en t i a l -- Temporary Help <br /> The Board reviewed the 'status of the approval they had granted for pay differenti l for' <br /> Rhodney Mills by way of telephone poll on July 1 h in whi6h they h ,d voted unanimously,to <br /> grant Rodney iil'Is pay differential .of $2.82 per hour' when -assigned to•dr'ive' trucks ,' appr'ox- <br /> a ima el two days' a week) . The Board also reviewed a mento dated June 13 from the Town count- <br /> art stating that there is no provision within the Peronnel Administration Plan that would <br /> allow a pay differential. Reference was made'. to the Highway Contract by the Town Accountant <br /> advising the Personnel Board that a Laborer, receives $6.08 per hour arta that a truck driver <br /> receives $6.62 per hour. The Board reviewed the Personnel Administration Plan Page ,out-. <br /> lining their authority to set pair rates. The secretary'was asked to send the Town Accountant ' <br /> a copy of Page 5 of the Plan <br /> 4 <br /> i r. t ; <br /> The Board also reviewed a memo from Wendy.
