Personnel Board Minutes <br /> Meeting of November 4, 1985 Page <br /> Senior Citizen Director Job Description <br /> Priscilla Hari forwarded a copy of a job description from the Ex. Officer of Bluer <br /> Affairs outlining a Council on Aging Director's responsibilities. since the Board <br /> had recently updated thajob description for the Senior Citizen Director and are <br /> currently awaiting some feedback which they requested from Chairman Arthur McNulty, <br /> further review of the state job description was held off. <br /> Sick Bank Guidelines - DPW Employees <br /> The Board reviewed guidelines prepared for the sick Bank covering employees at the DPW. <br /> They asked that these guidelines be compared to the Sick Bank Guidelines covering P.A.P. <br /> employees to see if. any could be incorporated. <br /> Attendance of Annual Personnel Meeting <br /> Ben Lofchie asked that a letter~ be sent to the secretary showing the Board's appreciation <br /> of her attendance at the recent annual M.M.A. Personnel Meeting'.
