Ben Lofchie . <br /> Chairman Sufliv' an convened the meeting promptly at p _m _ <br /> Acceptance of Personnel Minutes <br /> Manuel Glickman�moved�to accept ' the Personnel Board minute-s of November 1 71 <br /> 1986 . Ben Lofchie seconded . All present were in favor - <br /> Job <br /> avor _Job Descriptions - Bd . of Assessors <br /> Ben Lofchie stepped down from Personnel Board and met with the Board as <br /> Chairman of the Board of Assessors . Chairman Bulliva.n asked Ben if the job <br /> descriptions which were updated for the Asst . Assessor position an- d the Asst . <br /> Assessor/Data Collector~ position meet with the approval of the tato employees <br /> in the department . Ben replied that they okayed it on the form th-a.t the <br /> Personnel Board' sent through (ref rring to the position- questionnaire form . <br /> Ben Lofchie advised the Boar-d that as of July 1 1 987 , - they are asking that <br /> the Assistant Assessor Data Collector I s position be established at $22 , 000 <br /> annually . He said that the Board of Assessors is asking for support of an - <br /> submission of an 'article from the Personnel Board . After review of the P .A .P . . <br /> salary schedule , the Board agreed to upgrade the position to a Grade 1 , Step <br /> at $21 , 982 . 8 plus a # cost -of living increase -, ( Note ; Previous discus- <br /> ion and review of salary figures- from surrounding tonins took place at the <br /> Board ' s meeting of November 3 ) . <br /> Resignation of Dispatcher <br /> The Board reviewed�a lret .rx dated No ember• 5 , from Glen Hebert resigning from <br /> his position of Police Dispatcher effective as of December 31 - Mr . Hebert <br /> ry <br /> states that he Will be moyring to Alaska and that is the only reason for his <br /> resignation . } <br /> Resignation ofC .O .A . Director <br /> The Board reviewed a I t er dated Novi ember 24 , 1986 from Demari s Looker r ig-n- <br /> ing from her position of Council on Aging Director~ effective as of December 1 . <br /> The Board r•egT �sted the secretary to re-advertise the position as soon as pos- <br /> sible . <br /> Request to .Deet w Board Deputy Police Chief <br /> Deputy Police chief Cooper- requested to meet with the Board through the secre- <br /> tary regarding the salary of his position . The Board asked that he be scheduled <br /> at their next meeting of December 8 . <br /> Sergeant Test Review <br /> The secretary advised the Beard that she received a telephone call from Gary <br /> Nichols of McCann Associates inquiring into the reasons wh.y the Board requested <br /> the review of the Sergeant test . The secretary was asked to return the call <br /> WMr . Nichols advising him that the candidates are to review the test to see <br /> hat questions they did not answer correctly . <br /> Psychological. Testing - D . Mace <br /> The secretary�advised�the Board that she had been in touch with Dr . Barry re- <br /> garding the psychological testing of David 'Mace , the candidate for Sergeant <br />
