<br /> The Boardreviewedseveral. job.descripti_ons adopted in April by the,,Clerical .Union. In
<br /> accordance with the new ,job descriptions, they noted `that typing standards :must'be set
<br /> by . the personnel. Board and must, be demonstrated by a' typing test for--the. positions of
<br /> Administrative Assistant; Administrative Secretary, Principal. Clerk, Clerk_a'hd Public ,
<br /> Safety,Dispatcher. ' They�also. noted .tbat 'a�shorthand- or speedwriting test must be con-

<br /> After discussion and review 'of;, the lob descriptions, the Board voted to set the standards

<br /> typing will be a .minimum of 60 w.p.m. and for shorthand, the requirements were set at ,
<br /> 100,w:p.m._ The Principal Clerk "typing requirements. wil.1. be a minimum of 60 w.p.m. They
