Personnel Bard Minutes Meeting of March 10, 1986 Page 2 Updating Job Descriptions T'hraugh ,,the secretary,, Selectman Hanson requested the. Personnel. Board to send their input relative to updating job descriptions of positions classified under the Personnel Administrative Plan.. After lengthy discussion,,' the Board agreed that ars update of job descriptions should be .reviewed, They agreed that- it should be under the Personnel Board's control since it is- one of the duties they are charged with. They asked that Selectman Hanson be advised of this and risked for assistance in raising the funds to accomplish'- his task. Request to Change Title of Asst. They estimate four public hearings -a year for the -following boards: Design Review, Inland Coastal. Waterways, John's Pond Advisory. Attaquin Park Advisory, Park and Recreation Advisory, Gbals and Priorities, Cablevision and Shellfish Commission The Personnel Board also reviewed a letter from 'down Counsel dated back o June 29, 1981 relative to the recommended procedure for keeping of minutes of meetings as well as a breakdown of the requirements for record keeping under Chapter 39, Section 23A and 23B.
