Romelmeyer <br /> Upon review of a very favorable annual review -of Diane Rome l Byer , the <br /> Board unanimously -voted to grant her a step increase in salaryC)to b.e effec- <br /> tive on her anniversary date <br /> Interviews of P . T . Adm . Clerk to Police Dept ., <br /> The Board interviewed two candidates for the position of part-time clerk <br /> to the Police Department along with the assistance of the Administrative <br /> Secretary , Barbara Horton . The applicants interviewsd were : Elizabeth <br /> Jones and Evelyn Green . Both candidates were given hyping tests prior t <br /> the interview process * The Board advised both of the candidates of the <br /> rate of pay and of the .hours ( 18 hours weekly)ly and had each applicant re- <br /> view the job description . Upon conclusion of the interview process , the <br /> Beard voted unanimously to recommend By ,l?yn Green for the position pending <br /> a background check . <br /> official Reprimand ' - P . Vale riani <br /> The Board reviewed an offieal reprimand letter to Paul Val r,iani from <br /> Chief Frye relative to sick leave and not being able to word an .overtime <br /> vertime <br /> shift because he was on medication which he. did. not report to his super- <br />, - <br /> visors .
